1. Our process begins with a free consultation, where we determine the status of your property, your short and long term goals and objectives, and the property’s key strengths and weaknesses. From this information, we produce a one-page report that highlights areas for possible improvement. We look at the entire building from several perspectives; operationally, structurally and financially. Our goal is to find ways to increase your profits in the short and long term while helping to identify green alternatives.

2. Working together, we will determine which areas to target first. You will then be presented with a detailed cost proposal focusing on just those items, for further consideration. Our compensation is typically quoted on a project basis, but depending upon the scope of work, we can usually offer alternatives. We also work on an hourly basis.
