10,000sf OFFICE WAREHOUSE PROPERTY
This is a +/- 10,000 sf office/warehouse property which is leased to a commercial tenant. This client was marketing the property for lease, which presented numerous opportunities and challenges.  We addressed energy conservation, renewable energy alternatives and marketing.

10-BUILDING, CLASS “A” PORTFOLIO
This was part of a 10 building – Class “A” portfolio in Marin County. During a particularly active real estate cycle, we leased and provided construction management services for over 75% of the project, including tenant and capital improvement costs exceeding $2.5M.  We also negotiated leases at rates that broke previously held records for the county and ultimately participated in the sale of the property, which sold at a price per square foot that also broke previous county records.

ALAMEDA NAVAL AIR STATION
The Alameda Naval Air Station is a decommissioned military base that contains over 2 million leasable square feet of various types of buildings (industrial hangars, office, military housing), and an active port, bordering the San Francisco Bay. One day, this project will be developed into a mixed-use site, containing housing, office, retail, and industrial buildings, community parks, a marina and more. The daily operations, leasing and construction management are handled by a contracted real estate company.  During a 3 year period, Shayna led the team that oversaw this entire project for the real estate company.
